We endeavour to make sure that items listed on our website are always in stock. In situations when an item becomes discontinued or temporarily unavailable we will contact you to let you know when the item will be in stock or to arrange a refund or the delivery of an alternative product, at your discretion.

5. Return of Goods Policy/Refunds

Changed your mind?  Not quite what you were looking for?  No problem; we are happy to accept returns of goods for refund of the original price paid or an exchange (stock permitting).  In this circumstance, goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging: we cannot accept goods back that we cannot sell as new, and they must be accompanied by the original delivery note. In all cases we will only process a refund once we receive the goods. Please ensure that you make adequate provision for the safe return of the goods; all return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

If you believe your goods to be faulty or that they have been incorrectly described, or if the wrong item has been dispatched, please contact us prior to returning it so that we can work with you to arrange for the goods to be returned to us at our own expense. Again, upon receipt of the original item, we will offer an exchange or full refund of the original price paid.

When returning an item, we recommend that you always ask for a proof of posting.  We cannot be liable for any returns that are lost or delayed in the post on their way back to us, but we may, at our absolute discretion, issue an exchange or refund for an item that has gone missing if the customer can provide proper proof of posting, or evidence that the item was signed for on delivery to the return address advised.

Please note, we can only refund the card used in the original sale and it is entirely up to the customer's card issuing bank to decide how much time it takes to effect a credit. We would expect that our account to be debited the very next day when the issue of a refund is settled between us and you, but it may take a further 3 - 4 working days for the funds to get credited to the cardholder's account, depending on the card issuing bank.

Thigh straps, decks and other cords attached to the packraft can cause entanglement particularly if a packraft is upturned. We strongly recommend that paddlers seek relevant training before sing these items and become familiar with extracting themselves from an upturned packraft in a safe, controlled flat water environment prior to use in any environment where the packraft might turn over.

We sell a huge variety of packrafts and can custom make them to your specifications if we don’t have them in stock. This takes approximately 2-3 weeks, which includes the manufacture, UK quality assurance tests and delivery to you. The delivery period for each packraft displayed at checkout is not a guarantee. Upon payment, you will receive an email confirming the estimated delivery date. If there are delays we will let you know via email. The following times are a guide:

Packrafts in stock - Delivery:

Within the UK: Up to 3 working days

Within the EU: Up to 5 working days

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur customs duty on delivery. This charge will depend on the country and you should enquire locally for more information. Due to the terms our product liability insurance we are unable to deliver to USA or Canada at this time.

We use DHL for UK deliveries.

The packrafts and other products we sell are extremely well made and will stand up to the use for which they were designed. Each packraft is individually inspected prior to dispatch and so failures in materials and construction are rare.  However, if there are clear defects in materials or workmanship we offer the original owner a years warranty. This does not apply to products with unauthorised alterations or modification or if the product has been used for a purpose for which it was not designed. Shipping of replaced or repaired items is free of charge. In the event of a warranty claim, please get in touch with us at

International Warranty (products sold outside the UK) - We double-check all of our products that are due to be sent around the world to ensure that they are in perfect condition when they leave the warehouse but we are aware that things can go wrong.  We will always stand by our products and if they are faulty we will always repair/replace them however you must cover the cost of returning the faulty product to us.
